WORD: Momentum for novel ‘Finn’ continues as Jon Clinch road show begins
 
A novel that’s garnered considerable buzz since it hit bookstores earlier this month is Finn, a mythic story about iconic literary character Huckleberry Finn’s father by debut author Jon Clinch. He plans on riding that momentum with a national book tour that begins Monday, February 26 and continues through late April. His tour includes a stop here in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Clinch’s tour in support of Finn begins in Crystal City, Virginia, on Monday. After then, he will dart across America for a nearly two-month stretch. As an example of the kind of buzz-worthy tidbits his work has evoked, the Washington Post says: "Clinch reimagines Finn in a strikingly original way, replacing Huck's voice with his own magisterial vision -- one that's nothing short of revelatory."
